The story seems simple and revolves around elementary student Naota Nandaba, but this can be very misleading. Naota a 12 year old student must deal with the burden adolescence on top of and extraordinary existence. Naota idolizes his older brother Tasuku, but is left behind when Tasuku moves to America to play baseball. High school student Mamimi Semijima who was once dependent on Naota's older brother seems to use Naota as the next best thing. This cause her to flirt with Naota because his resemblence of Tasaku.
The story takes a turn for the extreme with the arrival of a strange pink-haired woman carrying a guitar. Despite all the trouble she caused for Naota, the strange woman seems to have something of an ulterior motive when she striked Naota on the head. The strike from Haruka seems to grow a horn on Naota's head, which leads to even more absolute insanity in Naota's life. Naota's body goes through even stranger changes due to Haruka's strike.
