Hyoga becomes interested in a volunteer at the orphanage, Ellie. Ellie is called upon by a mysterious power and her body is taken over by a being from hell: Eris, Goddess of Chaos returns to bring forth destruction on the world by first rendering Saori powerless with the power of a magical Golden Apple. Saori can neither speak nor move, and is taken to a remote location where Eris plans on taking over Saori's body in an attempt to gain the powers of Athena. When the Saints of Athena (Knights of the Zodiac) find out about it, they immediately go after Saori to save her. Meanwhile, Eris raises her own Saints from the dead to protect her. Seiya, Hyoga, Shiryu, and Shun face off against Eris' Saints to try and save Saori. Ikki makes an appearance at the last minute as usual ;-) |
| Heated Battle of the Gods |
While out wandering in the icy wilderness, Hyoga encounters trouble. The rest of the Saints lose contact with him and go to Asgard to find him. There they encounter a conspiratory leader and his own Saints who are plotting to take over the world using Odin's power. Saori is once again imprisoned against her will and unable to do anything but be stuck on the bow of Odin's ship. Seiya, Shiryu, and Shun venture out to find Saori and Hyoga with the help of loyal Asgard followers Frey and his sister Freya. |

Athena's brother Abel (Apollo?) returns to the earth to visit his sister. Saori betrays her own Saints to serve her brother Apollo. The Saints believe Saori is not herself and venture on a quest to rescue her. Meanwhile, Saori betrays Apollo in an attempt to end his life. It is unsucessful, and Apollo kills Saori with his powers (it takes some time before her soul becomes unrecoverable, so she's not entirely lost just so you know). The Gold Saints, who have accompanied Apollo along with his own Saints, are split about the occurrences. Some stand up for what happened to Athena and fight against Apollo and his Saints, while others comply with Apollo's commands. So join Seiya, Hyoga, Shun, and Shiryu in this epic battle against incredible odds. Find out if they will be able to save Saori from certain death! |
| Warriors of the Last Holy War |
On a dark night, Lucifer and his saints attack the remaining gold saints. They succeed in defeating both the gold saints and the bronze saints. With the help of Poseidon, Abel, and Eris, Lucifer threatens the world. He makes a promise with Athena, he'll spare the world if Athena gives up her life. She agrees. As Athena heads to Lucifer's temple, the bronze saints rise up against Lucifer once more in hopes of stopping Athena, and defeating Lucifer. |
