A top secret galatic organization called The Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, was formed after many years of wide galaxy wars. The sole purpose of this secret group is to maintain the law, and resolve disputes concerning trade. This organization is special in that it has specially trainied individuals who do the dirty work of the group efficently. Eclair and Lumiere are the two main girls in this story. Both have outstanding abilities, and both are also very young. Together, they fight and as time goes on they soon discover that their organization who's intents are supposed to be for the better of the galaxy might have ulterior motives.
