Tenchi is just your average teenage student... if your average student is descended from intergalactic royalty. Tenchi's life is disrupted when an intergalactic criminal, Ryoko, decides to crash into his life. Along with Ryoko come many other characters like Princess Ayeka (who would like to kill Ryoko), her sister Sasami, two intergalactic law enforcement agents, and many others. Both Ayaka and Ryoko fall in love with Tenchi and want him for their own... needless to say this makes Tenchi's life, and everyone else's, more complicated.
